Richard Lawrence is a Director in the Philadelphia office of CBIZ MHM, LLC. He has more than 20 years of experience providing field examinations for major banks, working as a controller, in internal audit, and completing medical insurance claims audits. He regularly performs due diligence services for commercial and investment banks, including asset-based lending, securitization examinations, specialty finance examinations, LBOs and other transactions.
Prior to joining CBIZ, Richard was a manager of field examination with a prominent asset based lending field examination consulting group, a Senior Risk Consultant at a securitization and specialty lending examination consulting group, and AVP at a top tier bank.
