Paul leads the Management Consulting practice with 14 years of combined industry and consulting experience. Paul leverages his extensive and diverse consulting background in a diverse set of industries and service offerings to enhance overall value to his clients.
He frequently serves as an advisor to private equity, financial sponsors, and strategic buyers where he helps his clients and their portfolio companies in enhancing deal value through post-merger activities, optimizing financial and operational performance through the execution of transformational efforts, and developing transaction driven strategies to help his clients deliver on their enterprise-wide strategy.
Prior to leading the Management Consulting Practice at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, Paul served his clients leading operations improvement engagements as a member of the Office of the CFO. Prior to CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, Paul led the global audit function at Acelity, a sponsor-held medical devices company, through an extensive pre-IPO global restructuring. Paul was also a member of PWC’s Transaction Advisory practice leading cross-functional acquisition diligence for deals with enterprise value ranging from $50M to $5B, and a member of KPMG’s audit practice leading audits for privately held corporations as well as Fortune 100 public companies.
