Wendy Hawn is the Regional Senior HR Director for the Southeast Region for CBIZ MHM*, LLC. Wendy oversees the HR department for the Kansas City, Tampa, Atlanta, Memphis, and Boca Raton offices. Prior to joining the Tampa Bay practice, Wendy was with a mid-size CPA firm in Michigan where she served as Human Resources Manager. Wendy has extensive experience with all aspects of Human Resources including performance management programs, the upward evaluation process from staff to partner, effective employment communication, talent acquisition and recruiting.
As Human Resources Director for the Tampa Bay business unit, Wendy is responsible for administering and performing all human resources functions for the practice. Key areas of focus for Wendy include associate development, recruiting and on- boarding where she coordinates the recruitment of both experienced and entry level personnel. Wendy’s on-campus recruiting responsibilities include placements for both intern and permanent hire positions. She is also responsible for the coordination of all team member benefits programs as well as all aspects of our professional and personal development initiatives.
