Suzanne has worked at CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. since April of 2001. She brings her experience to CBIZ in the Mid-Atlantic marketplace. She has experience servicing clients of all sizes and recognizes the different needs clients have in the different size markets. Current client sizes include small, mid, and large-sized employers. Suzanne provides strategic advice to employers on how best to take the next step(s) with regard to their employee benefit programs. Healthcare has become a very complex part of every employer and employee's life. She strives to help educate employers and employees in this complex healthcare industry. She also has benefit plan knowledge including fully, alternative and self-insured funding arrangements. Suzanne effectively manages medical benefit programs, consumer-driven health arrangements, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Suzanne also has a strong background in COBRA, HIPAA, Medicare, Individual coverage, and other compliance laws.
Suzanne has developed quality relationships with insurance carrier/vendor representatives in the Philadelphia area. These relationships she has developed "payoff" as a benefit for her clients to negotiate the best programs on their behalf. She has been able to gain client confidence and build vendor relationships in her sincere efforts to find unique solutions to various benefit and employer/employee-related problems.
