Sara Miller is a versatile client advocate with 20+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting. As the Director of Client Services, she serves as a mentor and leader to the entire St. Louis client services department. Sara provides a layer of support for each of our service teams to resolve escalated issues, develop retention strategies and participate in client meetings. Sara is responsible for the overall retention and organic growth of the current client customer base and oversees the delivery and quality of services provided. Sara works closely with local and national leadership within CBIZ on a variety of initiatives including the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, administrative best practices and technology.
Sara also continues to serve as a Senior Account Manager for a handful of clients ranging from 50 to 3,000 employee lives. In this capacity, she focuses on executing the strategy set by the employer and Account Executive, assisting in renewal negotiations, developing employee communication and education strategies, ensuring federal and state benefit compliance, and providing resolution to client questions and claim inquiries.
