He is primarilyresponsible for providing consultative health, dental, vision, disability andlife insurance account services for small-market client groups ranging in sizefrom 2 to 50+ employees. Mr. Olinger hasextensive knowledge in HMO, PPO, POS, dental, life, and disability. He also has knowledge of COBRA, Section 125plans, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Saving Accounts (HSA) andHealth Reimbursement Accounts (HRA). Heworks diligently with the CBIZ Benefits Team to ensure that every CBIZ clientexperiences exceptional customer service.
Mr. Olingerhas over 25 years working with small businesses in the staffing industry and asa Financial Services Professional. He frequentlyattends seminars regarding Healthcare reform, compliance, COBRA, HIPAA andother areas affecting employer benefits. Mr. Olinger currently holds his Life, Health and Accident license in theState of Arizona.
