Nichelle joined in 2018, as Vice President of CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services, where she focuses her efforts on results-driven healthcare in public & private sectors. As an entrepreneur, she is a cross-serving strategist and business development expert, with senior leadership experience from the carrier side and private industry, with a passion for client experience, efficiency, and transformation to improve outcomes. As both an Employee Benefits Consultant and a Risk Manager in the insurance industry, Nichelle has managed numerous client portfolios for Behavior-Based Safety, Process Safety Management, Crisis Management; as well as Population Health, Health Innovations, and Wellness Programs.
Nichelle has designed and executed strategic plans to resolve insurmountable challenges and achieved ambitious compliance, sustainability, and growth objectives. Creative thinking, financial analysis, and integration of data, from Worker’s Compensation and Medical/Pharmacy, provide insight into a business organization’s DNA. Leveraging technology in risk management & healthcare, to provide innovative, high-impact solutions, for an improved culture of health, safety, and wellness of employees and their families; to ultimately provide improved financial fitness of the client’s financial profile, and to increase the sustainability of their organization.
Nichelle serves on the CBIZ Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, Chair of Network Workgroup. She has recently received the Public Leadership Credential from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she continues studies to earn a Master’s in Public Administration. She attended Rutgers University as an undergraduate, earning her B.S. in Environmental, Health, and Occupational Safety.
