    Megan Abatemarco, CBIZ Human Resources Business Development Manager, is experienced in Human Resources across many industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial, property management, technology and healthcare.

    She has expansive and in-depth knowledge in many facets of HR, including benefits administration, workers’ compensation, compliance and payroll. She has partnered with executives to develop benefits renewal strategies and strategic HR initiatives to support business goals; developed and implemented performance management tools; designed and facilitated training programs; managed employee transitions for mergers and acquisitions; and provided day-to-day HR services for numerous clients in a variety of states.

    Ms. Abatemarco is versed in regulatory compliance changes and best practices through regular education and professional memberships. She has assisted companies in reducing their risk as it relates to hiring, termination, employee relations, leave of absence and performance management. In addition to her HR Consulting activities, Ms. Abatemarco manages internal and external sales by partnering with companies to develop customized packages to meet their business needs.
