Lori provides 36 years of employee benefit plan, analytics and Human Resource knowledge and expertise to the team in support of its clients. She has extensive benefit plan knowledge including design, modeling and cost projections of fully insured plans, self-insured funding arrangements, consumer driven health plan arrangements (including HSAs and HRAs), dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs.
Lori is in charge of the Analytical Department for the Arizona CBIZ business unit. As the lead in this department, Lori will ensure the clients are informed about the financial impact that benefit programs and the Accountable Care Act, will have on their businesses; she will assist the account service teams with the appropriate combination of plan design and employer/employee cost structure to provide competitive benefit plans that meet the clients’ needs and financial goals; she will review the clients’ reporting packages and provide recommendations to minimize the cost impact of large claims and to maximize the benefits derived through case management/disease management and wellness initiatives.
Lori also has a vast understanding of the client perspective having spent 28 years of her career working for a large southern Arizona company in a variety of accounting and HR functions. In this capacity, she managed compensation and comprehensive employee benefits including health insurance, workman’s compensation and retirement plans.
