Lisa has over 15 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, operations, and consulting experience. Lisa has led finance teams and managed many accounting, CRM, and other system implementations, from scope though final integration. She has led budget processes, forecasts and created various financial models including those used for product analysis, fundraising, cash flow modeling, pricing, and resource management. She has worked in operational roles, including resource management, change management, workflow optimization, process automations, and ERP implementations. She has project managed or consulted on several system implementations including ERP changes from Quickbooks to NetSuite, Quickbooks to Oracle, and NetSuite to Workday Financials.
Her experience includes the creation of custom solutions to help companies achieve their goals. These solutions range from a customized SOX reporting solution bridging NetSuite and Microsoft Excel, through project management of a full migration of Quickbooks to NetSuite, which included several additional complex integrations. She has advanced Excel skills and is very comfortable dealing with multiple databases and data sets. She is well versed in the high-tech industry, including companies who specialize in software, software-as-a-service, online ads, online gaming, and various other applications. She has also worked on financial statement audit preparation engagements and has assisted companies preparing for initial public offerings (IPOs).She has consulted on operational accounting areas including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and cost accounting.
