Kristen is a Managing Director in the Tax Group and a Member of the New England Private Equity Fund Practice. She has over 15 years of experience providing tax services to venture capital and private equity funds, portfolio companies, and publicly-traded multi-national companies in a variety of industries, including technology and pharmaceutical.
Kristen has extensive experience assisting clients with federal, state, and international tax compliance and consulting services. She works with clients to analyze the impact of tax transactions, assists with the implementation of standard tax procedures, and provides timely delivery of K-1s for multiple entity funds.
Additionally, Kristen helps lead our tax operations function, which oversees and manages the processes and procedures of the New England Tax Department.
