Kevin is the Managing Director of Executive Compensation for the Compensation Consulting Division of CBIZ. He has twenty years of experience in the area of human resources, focusing on assessing and designing executive compensation programs.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kevin served as the Managing Partner of Longnecker and Associates, and later a Senior Vice President of Executive Compensation for NFP Corporation. Kevin assists clients in all the various facets of executive compensation. His core areas of expertise include designing incentive compensation programs, aiding in IPO, M&A and bankruptcy compensation, and assisting Boards/Committees/Management teams in the determination of strategies which enhance attraction, retention and motivation of executives. He has consulted with numerous clients in various industries from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
Kevin is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), previously served on the advisory board of NACD and is a member of WorldatWork (formerly known as the American Compensation Association).
