Kelly is a Managing Director who has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He began his career working in Dallas Texas and focused on alternative investment and private equity funds, real estate, banking and insurance clients. Kelly moved to the Salt Lake City market in 2012 and has also served clients in the construction, manufacturing and distribution industries. His background in financial services has provided a foundation in understanding the valuation of privately held businesses. Kelly has also obtained the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) credential. He has performed a number of valuation engagements for both tax and financial accounting purposes.
