She also has extensive benefit plan knowledge including fully and self-insured funding arrangements, consumer-driven health plans, and compliance.
Karen has worked at CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. as a Sr. Consultant since February 1998. Prior to joining CBIZ, she worked for seven-plus years with Great-West Life as a Sr. Customer Service Representative in their Philadelphia Sales Office. With a background in customer service for group medical and 401(k) clients, she has a reputation as a totally committed professional, dedicated to providing the best possible service.
