Karen, the Business Unit President for the St. Louis Market of CBIZ Benefits and Insurance, has served CBIZ since 1999. She began as a Senior Account Executive and successfully managed employee benefits planning through developing objectives and creative strategies to meet the needs of the many large employer groups with CBIZ. Karen has a thorough knowledge of the various CBIZ practices and has been most successful in identifying business solutions for her clients. In January of 2007, she became the Director of Business Development and took on the responsibilities of new business planning, goal setting and shares in the further development of the sales team. The ability to maintain strong relationships with CBIZ clients is one of Karen’s greatest strengths. This allows her to continue to showcase CBIZ’s competitive market distinction and value proposition.
