Jordan Wright is a Senior Manager in the Business Valuation and Transaction Advisory Group located in our Indianapolis office, who has been serving clients since 2017.
He has been a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts since 2018. He is involved in business valuations for various purposes, including estate planning, gift tax, divorce and litigation, M&A, internal buy in and buy outs, succession planning, management planning, ESOP and fair value for acquisition accounting.
Additionally, he assists on sell-side and buy-side transaction advisory projects. This includes quality of earning engagements, EBITDA analysis, net working capital analysis, and other transaction support analysis.
