Jeff Walters serves as a Managing Director for the Northeast Ohio region of CBIZ MHM, LLC and a Shareholder of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. He specializes in providing accounting, tax, finance and business advisory services to numerous closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations in a variety of industries. He has experience providing transaction advisory services, including due diligence, pre-acquisition tax planning, business restructuring, reorganization planning, negotiation of terms and financial structure, review of acquisition documents, and post-acquisition tax compliance. He has provided estate and succession planning for closely-held businesses, including corporate reorganization and restructuring as well as assisting in the structuring of trusts, partnerships and limited liability companies. He has provided special state and local tax services to clients including tax planning, tax minimization analysis, compliance analysis, negotiation of tax incentives and representation on audits and appeals. Prior to joining CBIZ, Jeff worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
