Gavin focuses his time serving the firms health care clients’ transactional and integration/affiliation needs, including managing fair market value engagements, advising on transactional issues and conducting complex financial analysis and financial/operational due diligence. He also advises clients that are being targeted for acquisition, helping them to navigate the transaction process with clarity. Gavin has worked with all types of health care businesses, including physician practices of all specialties, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, free-standing diagnostic imaging facilities, dialysis centers, lithotripsy companies, medical device manufacturers, rural health clinics, immediate/emergency care facilities and hospitals/health systems, both large and small.
