Doug joined CBIZ Insurance Services when his company Borden Perlman was acquired in 2021. As a founder and managing director of Borden Perlman, he was a natural fit to become CBIZ’s northeast regional president. Doug has nearly 30 years of experience managing in the commercial and personal insurance market, working with financial institutions, public entities and education clients.
Outside of the office, Doug has volunteered for numerous community boards, including FirstBank New Jersey, Rescue Mission of Trenton, James A. Michener Art Museum and Princeton Region Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Stockton with his wife, Tina, and enjoys spending time along the river with his children.
