Before joining CBIZ, Donna had worked for fourteen-plus years with Great-West Life as a System Coordinator and Customer Service/Claims Supervisor in their Philadelphia Claims Office. With a background in customer service and claims, Donna has a reputation as a committed professional, dedicated to providing the best possible service.
Donna provides strategic advice and support on all aspects of employee benefit plans, from client needs analysis and plan design to implementation and administration. She also coordinates and oversees renewal projections, RFP design, and analysis, plan design strategy, and modeling.
Donna holds the Life & Health Insurance License for the State of Pennsylvania and has maintained this license since 2001.She actively participates in the CBIZ Women’s Advantage (CWA) program.
