Corrie has more than 19 years of experience providing auditing and accounting services. Her accounting experience includes SEC reporting, research of complex accounting issues, initial public offerings, external audits and SOX compliance. Throughout her career, Corrie worked on public and private clients in a variety of industries including software, software as a service, internet, banking and private equity. Corrie has a strong US GAAP background and is very experienced with accounting topics such as revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, fair value measurements, debt/equity, impairment and business combinations.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Corrie spent 14 years in Audit at KPMG and was the Corporate Controller and Director of Revenue for Cyan, Inc., a publicly traded software company.
