Chris has over 25 years of experience in the pension industry. Prior to joining CBIZ, Chris worked for Pension Resource Group (PRG) since 2004, which was acquired by CBIZ in 2015. He spent the prior 17 years with Northern Trust Retirement Consulting (previously known as Hazlehurst & Associates), most recently serving as Director of Pension Systems. Additionally, he has extensive experience with Cash Balance conversions, excess plans, acquisitions, and spin-offs. Chris has also worked as an assistant actuary, performing actuarial valuations, and non-discrimination tests for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution clients, and developing total compensation statements.
Chris lives in Bothell, Washington with his wife Nichole and their two children. In his spare time Chris enjoys fishing, camping and attending his children's sporting events. Chris is also an avid supporter of the University of Washington football team.
