His expertise includes partial self-insurance, consumer-driven health plans and keeping clients in compliance with the ever-increasing maze of legal and regulatory requirements imposed upon plan sponsors.
A Certified Employee Benefit Specialist since 1994, Bruce is one of the few insurance broker/consultants in Arizona to hold Fellowship Status with the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, a designation he has maintained by passing a series of exams since 2005.
