Andy Van Buren has been in the employee benefits business since 1986.He started his career at Posse Walsh Buckman Van Buren, which was purchased by CBIZ in 1999. Andy has been a Producer with CBIZ ever since helping clients with all employee benefits offerings including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, voluntary benefits, and wellbeing programs. Andy’s expertise includes analyzing different financial strategies, plan design, and employee communications.
He has drawn upon many years of consulting and planning in these areas to excel in helping his clients in the ever-changing world of mergers and acquisitions, examining consolidation projects, or working with individual companies always striving to help clients attract and retain the quality employees they need to run their business.
