Professional Conduct and Ethics

We take great pride in our reputation for integrity.

To help guide team members to make the best possible decisions, CBIZ has created a Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics Guide. Although this is not a detailed manual for resolving every question or conflict, the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics Guide has been designed to provide useful guidance about the way team members are to do business every day. It is the responsibility of our team members to read and understand the Code, as well as other CBIZ policies and guidelines, and comply with them both in letter and spirit.

In addition, all newly hired employees are required to complete a two-part ethics course within their first 10 days of employment, with refresher versions assigned every few years.

As a publicly traded company, it is CBIZ's goal to conduct our business in a manner that will maintain and improve our good reputation. To provide shareholders with more information regarding the means by which we hope to achieve our goal, CBIZ has made the following charters available;  Audit CommitteeCompensation and Human Capital Committee; and our Nominating and Governance Committee

Whistleblower Hotline

The CBIZ Whistleblower Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Callers remain anonymous and any employee who reports possible or actual wrongdoing in good faith will not be retaliated against if they choose to share their identity. Team members may report a complaint by dialing 1-866-255-2611 or by visiting the Security Voice website at www.securityoice.com/reports. The CBIZ Internal Audit Department will provide the Audit Committee with a report of all complaints received and the results of its investigation.
