This seminar will be full of practical information that you need to be aware of as it relates to the health and integrity of your retirement plan. Our presenters will discuss a checklist for plan administrators and plan management to consider in making sure their plan is ready for 2016 as well as ensuring the sponsor’s compliance with fiduciary responsibilities.

Our experts will provide a summary of deficiencies noted in plans in prior years and how plan sponsors can avoid these problems in their plans this year. We will also look at how the DOL’s inspection of audit firms has impacted plan sponsors.
