Paul is the Managing Director/Shareholder in Charge of the Rhode Island Accounting and Auditing* Group and services clients throughout New England. Prior to joining CBIZ Tofias and Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. in 2004, Paul worked at Ernst & Young LLP.   He has over 20 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to privately-held businesses and publicly traded multinational companies focused primarily in the private equity, manufacturing, distribution and technology industries.  Paul has extensive experience with various complex accounting issues including fair value measurements, revenue recognition, consolidation considerations, business combinations, stock-based compensation and accounting for foreign currency transactions. He is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
