CBIZ Tofias is appointed directly by courts to perform a variety of court-appointed services.  In this capacity, we are responsible for investigating, managing, and protecting the assets of businesses and individuals, as well as identifying and managing liabilities.  Our court appointments include enforcing court judgments and court orders.

We assist courts throughout the litigation process, including both pre-trial and post-trial legal proceedings.  Additionally, we submit recommendations and reports to the court, as well as assist in resolving complex financial issues.
