CBIZ Tofias is committed to the education, training and professional development of our staff.  We offer a dynamic and success-driven environment that encourages employees at every level to excel.

Our education and training department manages a continuing professional education (CPE) curriculum that is designed to enhance professional growth throughout all stages of career development. We comply with NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) regulations governing CPE requirements.  All professional staff complete a minimum of 80 hours of CPE every two years.

At CBIZ Tofias you will have the opportunity to develop professionally through a number of educational formats.  First, we offer a comprehensive welcome orientation program, covering all aspects of our company and the accounting industry’s current landscape.  Second, new professionals and seasoned executives alike attend formal group trainings sponsored by CBIZ Tofias, as well as outside organizations.  Third, self-study programs for CPE and a full range of in-house and national trainings are also offered to support and encourage educational advancement. Topics include accounting and auditing, tax, management consulting, software applications, interpersonal skills and management development.  Lastly, on a daily basis, staff at all levels benefit from our collaborative spirit and team-oriented environment.
