Robin is a Managing Director in the Tax Group and joined CBIZ Tofias in 2001. She has over 30 years of experience providing privately-held businesses, publicly-traded companies and high net worth individuals with proactive tax planning, consulting and compliance services. Robin specializes in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, professional services, and biotechnology. She is also a member of the company's Architecture & Engineering Practice.

Robin provides tax compliance and consulting services to clients on business organization and structure, including the tax consequences of business acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations. She has worked with clients to tax-efficiently expand their operations internationally, develop value-added strategic tax plans designed to leverage future business changes, structure acquisitions and dispositions, develop family wealth transfer plans, and assist with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109) and other tax accounting issues. Robin has experience in federal, state, and international taxation matters.

Prior to joining CBIZ Tofias, Robin ran a boutique tax practice focused on providing tax department outsourcing services to venture backed start-ups and publicly traded companies and was a Tax Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
