The For Your Benefits (FYB) book, written by Karen R. McLeese (VP Regulatory Affairs, CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services), is a quick reference guide to welfare benefits.  The FYB book attempts to simplify the Federal and State employee benefit laws applicable to employer-sponsored welfare benefit plans.  It is intentionally written in easy-to-read language to provide you with a brief synopsis of pertinent statutes relating to employee benefits, and to encourage a general understanding of the mandates of the laws and regulations.
