John Cronin is a shareholder in the Public Company Services Group. John has 16 years of extensive experience in auditing and accounting, as well as providing consulting services to publicly and privately held companies in the manufacturing, retail, technology, service and medical device industries. His areas of specialization include SEC services for existing publicly held companies as well as larger middle market private companies. 
 
A graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree, he is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) where he serves as a member of the Accounting & Auditing Committee.
