SAMUEL A. DONIO, JR., President Mr. Donio is the President/Business Unit Leader of CBIZ KA Consulting Services, LLC where he is responsible for overseeing a wide range of consulting services to clients in the healthcare field. Mr. Donio has expertise in the areas of managed care recovery services, Medicare cost report services, budget and reimbursement services, HMO and payer consulting, charge description master services, clinical coding services, compliance support and monitoring services, medical records (HIMS) services, Medicare and Medicaid denial services, documentation and operational support services for the emergency room department, patient accounting services, business plans and feasibility studies and pharmacy charge capture process. Mr. Donio conceptualized and designed CBIZ’s RAC R4 ReportsTM and RAC Readiness Assessment Program currently in use by hospitals across the country and by several national consulting firms to supplement their RAC services. Mr. Donio is an acknowledged expert in the areas of cost and managerial accounting and has made presentations to numerous professional associations on across the country on both topics. In addition, Mr. Donio has done extensive consulting and product development work in the area of quality and cost management, focusing on the alignment of incentives to promote efficient and cost effective healthcare delivery. George L. Kelley, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Kelley has over 18 years experience in the healthcare financial management industry as a practitioner and consultant. His areas of expertise focus on revenue cycle management and process improvement, modeling and implementation of new reimbursement policy, HIPPA compliance, managed care recovery and negotiation, charge description master review and redesign, and decision support design and implementation. Mr. Kelley has a varied background in healthcare financial management that provides him with a unique skill set to assist his clients in meeting their goals. Mr. Kelley has assisted in the design and implementation of consolidated charge description masters for major hospital systems, developed and produced an integrated solutions based decision support system that has assisted client hospitals in significantly reducing average length-of-stay and in reducing key ancillary costs. He has increased clients net revenues by recovering managed care underpayments and recalibrating charging structures to ensure his clients receive the highest level of reimbursement. Mr. Kelley has been a featured speaker regionally and nationally on the Medicare outpatient prospective payment system and other HIPPA Readiness regulatory issues. Parker, Executive Director In his over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has diverse expertise in healthcare financial management. Formerly, the VP of Finance at a 300-bed facility and now an Executive Director for CBIZ, Mr. Parker has extensive experience with public and private reimbursement both as a consultatnt and as a provider. As the director of CBIZ's Financial Reimbursement Services product line, he provides vision and direction for CBIZ's Profitability Assessments, Managed Care financial analyses, Charge Setting, Budget and Reimbursement services, Revenue Cycle Operational Reviews, Revenue and Expense Benchmarking, RAC data mining and Corporate Compliance services. In addition to his responsibilities of client management, Mr. Parker has developed a benchmarking product (PLANR) that facilitates communication between financial and clinical experts. He is also very involved in the development of product line, payer specific and physician profitability studies and utilizes his experience to assist hospitals in bringing the necessary constituents together to manage products and services. Patricia L. Belluomini, RHIA, Director Ms. Belluomini has over 25 years experience in the healthcare field, primarily in Health Information Management. Ms. Belluomini is a Director with CBIZ KA Consulting Services, LLC where she is responsible for overseeing HIM consulting and outsourcing services. These services include the areas of contract coding, remote coding, compliance and data quality reviews as well as physician and coder education. Ms. Belluomini is responsible for managing the HIM product line. She directs the marketing and sales of the HIMS services and develops new client relationships. She was instrumental in the design and development of CBIZ's Web-based remote coding solution.
