CBIZ KA Consulting Services, LLC (CBIZ) appears in the January edition of HFM Magazine with a feature article about hospital providers' underutilization of the Pre-Condition Insurance Program (PCIP), which can convert potential bad debt into commerical insurance patients.  

The article, "Pre-Existing Insurance Plans: Opportunities for Providers," puts forth a four-step action plan for hospitals to capitalize on the PCIP legislation in the Affordable Care Act.
