Ms. DuVal is a Managing Director in Corporate Recovery Services.  Her expertise is in bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors' rights and forensic accounting.  She also had industry experience in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and business leasing at Société Générale.
 
Ms. DuVal has serviced an extensive number of clients, from mid-sized bankruptcies to high profile cases such as Dial-A-Mattress, Marc Dreier, Acclaim Entertainment, Crunch Gyms, Whitehall Jewelers, G+G Retail, Lois USA, and Starter Corp.  Ms. DuVal has also served substantially all the parties in interest to bankruptcies, as well as significant parties to litigations.  Her experience in forensic accounting includes fraudulent conveyance litigation and investigating financial frauds and white-collar crime.  She has been an expert witness or provided testimony in various jurisdictions.

Ms. DuVal is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo, is a CPA licensed in New York and is Certified in Financial Forensics.  She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, Turnaround Management Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
