Dan is a member of the general corporate tax group at CBIZ MHM, LLC - New York.   He joined the firm as a managing director.  His primary focus is as the lead tax client service contact and relationship person for the clients he services.

Dan has spent a combined 32 years of his career with a Big 4 and a national accounting firm.  During that period he functioned primarily at the partner/managing director level.  Dan has concentrated an extensive portion of his career in the retail, manufacturing and financial service industries.  He is responsible for both privately-held and publicly- traded clients.  This focus includes managing day to day compliance matters, coordination of any tax consulting projects, including transactional work, dealing with taxing authorities, etc.  Dan is well versed in accounting for income taxes (FAS 109.) 

Dan received his Bachelor's degree from Fordham University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.  He has spoken and instructed internally and at professional societies.
