Mr. Golden is a Director of CBIZ MHM, LLC - New York's Tax Practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Tax Partner at BDO Seidman, LLP and a member of that firm’s Corporate Consulting Group. 
 
Mr. Golden specializes in advising closely held businesses and their owners on minimizing overall tax burdens. He has extensive experience serving a variety of clients ranging from small, privately and publicly-held companies as well as high net worth individuals. A published author and noted speaker, Mr. Golden has lectured at educational conferences on tax-related topics.  
 
Mr. Golden earned his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY at Binghamton and his J.D. from SUNY at Buffalo. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
