Larry Kline, a Managing Director in our Corporate Tax Practice, has over 30 years experience in public accounting and business consulting serving the corporate finance and tax needs of privately-held, public companies and emerging businesses, across multiple industries.  Larry approaches tax planning and compliance as an essential aspect of strategic planning and business management for every business, regardless of size or industry.  In working with his clients, he stresses that minimizing the tax burden is important, but optimizing tax impacts is the goal.  As a business planning consultant, Larry works with clients on structuring acquisitions and divestures, business start-ups, capital infusion, compensation programs, and other ongoing business needs with the same strategic view toward immediate, mid-term and long-term outcomes.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Larry spearheaded the formation of the CBIZ National Tax Office and is currently a member of the CBIZ NTO Executive Tax Committee and a member of the NTO Technical Community on Pass-Through Entities.
