Seth is a Senior Managing Director for CBIZ Private Equity Advisory leading the practice. He has almost 25 years of financial and operational leadership, financial accounting experience, and transactional expertise. Seth specializes in generating profitable growth and facilitating solid long-term business alliances. His extensive experience includes business combinations, merger integration, executive counsel, and general business leadership, allowing CBIZ Private Equity Advisory and its clients the opportunity to achieve their optimum result.
Prior to joining CBIZ, Seth held CFO and COO positions at Vertical Screen, Inc., a highly profitable, privately held company in the preemployment screening and background verification business. He was also CFO/Vice President Corporate Development for DigiHut, Inc., an early stage technology company. In addition to his C-Level experience, he held several senior management positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York with the M&A practice, and in Philadelphia with the Emerging Growth Business Practice.
