Robert H. Garner is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Beall, Garner, Screen, and Geare, Inc. Bob is responsible for providing consulting services to some of the firm's largest qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. He also directs the individual products division that provides estate planning, life, disability, and long term care insurance to corporations and individuals, and is President of the firm's brokerage operation, CBIZ / BGS&G Investment Services Inc. Bob Garner's professional designations include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC). As a graduate from Wake Forest University, Bob received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He was employed with the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand in Baltimore through 1975.

Bob is a member is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Pension Actuaries, and the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters. He is a 1996 graduate of Leadership Maryland, and currently is President of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce.
