Customer Sales Support
Linda Gallaher, AAI, CPIW, Supervisor
Linda began her insurance career in 1978. She has served in various capacities
including a sales rep for four West Virginia Counties for the Combined Insurance
Co., and associate for Nationwide Insurance, an account executive for the
Flat Top Agency in Charleston, WV, and a coordinator for the group casualty
department for the McDonough-Caperton Agency. She has her Accredited Advisor
in Insurance and Certified Professional Insurance Women designations. [ E-mail ]
Julie
Diehl
Julie has her Associate of Arts degree in Office Technologies from Allegany
College of Maryland. She joined CBIZ/BGS&G in 1990. In addition to her
role as sales support/data entry, Julie is responsible for the handling and
distribution of the mail for the CBIZ/BGS&G corporate headquarters. [ E-mail ]
Barb
Parsons
Barb began her career with CBIZ/BGS&G in 1986. Her primary responsibility
is as the switchboard operator for corporate headquarters, but she also assists
the Service Center as sales support. She had previous clerical experience
working for several employers prior to joining CBIZ/BGSG. [ E-mail ]
Anna
Dyche
Anna joined CBIZ Benefits and Insurance in August 2000. Prior to relocating
back to the Cumberland, MD area, she was supervised of Office Services for
McGuire Woods law firm in McLean, VA for 15 years. Anna's responsibilities
include corporate office receptionist and agency licencing coordinator. [ E-mail ]

Kathy
Dicken, ACSR
Kathy obtained her Associate of Arts in Secretarial Science from Allegany
College of Maryland. She joined CBIZ/BGS&G in 1988 serving in various
capacities until her most recent promotion to Claims Representative 1 in 1996.
Kathy has obtained her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation.
She is currently working toward obtaining her Associate in Claims designation.

Louise
"Weezie" Feeney, ACSR, AAI
Louise obtained her Associate in Arts degree from Mt. Aloysius College. She
joined CBIZ/BGS&G in 1981 where she worked in various capacities. She
began as a Claims Representative 1 in 1986. Weezie is currently working toward
her AIC designation and was promoted to Claims Representative 11 in 1999. [ E-mail ]
Janet
Thomas, AIC
Janet obtained her Associate in Arts degree in Secretarial Science from Allegany
College of Maryland. She worked as a senior Claims Technician for the USF&G
Insurance Company in their Cumberland MD claims office. She then went to work
for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Co. handling health claims before joining
CBIZ/BGS&G in 1993 as a Claims Representative 1. In 1999 she was promoted

Donna
Bradley
Donna obtained her Associate in Arts degree from Allegany College of Maryland
in legal and executive secretarial science. Prior to joining CBIZ/BGS&G
in 1995, Donna worked 6 years for the USF&G insurance Co. in their LaVale,

Grace
Firlie
Grace began working for CBIZ/BGS&G in 1996. Besides support/data entry,
her other responsibilities include back-up for the switchboard and the handling
and distribution of the mail for the CBIZ/BGS&G corporate office. Her
previous clerical experience was with ALCOA Aluminum, Pittsburgh, PA; the
credit office at the BonTon, LaVale; and the accounting office at WalMart,
LaVale.

Geatz
Kathy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
Frostburg State University in 1987. She was previously employed as a Senior
Contracts Administrator for Softmart, Inc. in Exton, PA. prior to returning
to Cumberland and joining CBIZ/BGS&G in 1996. [ E-mail ]

Tipton
Cathy obtained her Associate in Arts degree from Allegany College of Maryland
in Secretarial Science. She was previously employed by USF&G Insurance
Company in various capacities in their LaVale, MD policy processing service

Elaine
Watson
Elaine joined CBIZ/BGS&G in 1994. She attended Marshall University and
is retired from the Social Security Administration as District Manager of
offices in MD, DC, and WV. She has over 30 years experience in personnel management,
