Carol joined Robert D. O’Byrne & Associates (RDOB) and it’s sister company, The Grant Nelson Group (GNG) in September of 1992 as Controller of GNG, and in March, 1993 was named CFO of GNG. In December, 1997, CBIZ acquired RDOB & GNG and Carol was named CFO of the National Employee Benefits firm, CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services. In 2010, Carol moved into the position of CFO of the Employee Services Division, encompassing Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Retirement Services, Payroll, Group Wholesale and Human Capital Services.
Prior to coming to CBIZ, Carol had worked her way to the Corporate Treasurer position at American Continental Life Insurance Company until the firm relocated out of state in early 1992.
